It works on all versions of your editing software on both Windows and MacOS. Our bundle also works on all tablets and mobile apps.
Our assets are custom made for various editing software and apps by our team. This ensures that the assets will work perfectly on your preferred software or app with the matching files.
Which payment methods do you support?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Union Pay and Shop Pay.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes, it's a one-time payment with lifetime access. No extra costs in the future and no subscription.
Can I use the assets on any kind of project?
Yes, of course you can. Would it not be weird if you would not be allowed to? Creating awesome videos with our assets is what we are here for. There is also a commercial license included with your purchase.
How much storage space do I need?
With the Platinum Bundle you need 15 GB of free space before installing.
How will I receive my products?
After your purchase you will receive your products in 2 ways:
- First, you will receive a direct download link right after your purchase. With this link you are able to download it directly.
- Next to that you will receive an email with a link which will give you access to the download of your products. Perfect, because you may have bought it on your phone. (Please make sure you use a real and correct email address so that you will receive the goods correctly)
On how many devices am I allowed to use the assets?
You can use our assets on 3 different devices (that belong to you). If you need more, send us a message.
Your download links
I can't unzip my download files
If you use Windows it might happen that you are not able to unzip the files with your standard zip-opener. We recommend using 7Zip (on Windows). This zip-opener is more allround, so we actually recommend to always use it :)
You can also send us an email and we will send you an already unzipped download link.
I did not receive my download links
The email gets send right after your purchase. It is possible that the email got left in your spam or you did not fill in your correct email address. If that is the problem, send us a message and we will send you a new download link.
I need to download the files again, but the link is no longer valid
Please contact us. We occasionally update the download links. Because of this the link may not work anymore, but we are there for you. Send us an email and we will provide you with the new download link. At your service!
I received the download links for the wrong software
That can happen sometimes. You may have made a mistake in the dropdown or something else went wrong. Send our support team a message and we will solve it together.
Is the Video Installation Guide also here in the download links?
Of course! You can find this in the "Video Installation guide" folder and it will also be sent in the confirmation email and the email with the download links.
After your purchase
How long will it take to get my order?
You will receive your assets right after your purchase. You will be up and running in only a couple of minutes from the moment you made the purchase.
How do I install all the assets?
Our assets are very easy to use. Almost everything is just drag and drop into your timeline. Some assets require a one-time installation, which only takes a few minutes. You can see how to do this in the video installation guide.
This guide will be sent with your purchase. If you need more help, please contact our support team.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will receive an invoice directly after your purchase. This is your order confirmation email which contains all the info.
I'm switching from video editing software, what now?
Send our support team a message indicating which software you are currently using and which one you are switching to. They will help you further.
Are there future updates to the assets included?
Yes. We update all assets a few times per quarter. We also check whether everything is still working correctly.
